Located in the central region of Singapore, Team CA was tasked with the interior design of a stylish and homely BTO apartment that truly reflects the personality of the couple. With the possibility of becoming an investment unit in the future, the team adopted a Western approach to design, carefully pairing a variety of interior finishes to create a dimensional and timeless look. Embracing a Mid-Century Modern aesthetic, the project balances visual character with practical elegance, all while keeping structural changes to a minimum. Prioritizing functional customisation, the space was tailored to meet both present-day needs and long-term flexibility.
